I have discovered that some people have encountered an error when trying to run VBScript on Windows 7 Starter Edition, at least the 64-bit version. The error indicates that the VBScript engine is not available. I have not been seeing this from Window-Eyes, but rather from trying to run a .vbs file through the CScript interpreter. However, I'm thinking this problem might break Window-Eyes scripts, and that someone here may thus have run into this and/or found a solution. The solution I've seen recommended, which is to type "regsvr32 vbscript.dll" into the Windows Run box, does not seem to work in my tests, even though that command says it is successful.
