They are major updates, and they are free. However, the company makes no
promise that they will continue to be free, but so far they have been.

Hello all,
I keep hearing of how GW Micro offers free upgrades. I just want to make
sure these are major firmware upgrades and not updates. Are they free
indefinitely, or do they come as part of some kind of SMA?
Also, in the event the unit breaks down, is the loaner provided so long as
you have a warranty on the product, or is it open to all repairs?
I won't post it here, but if anyone knows someone who wants a PMO, let me
