I just downloaded the Window Eyes 8.4 Demo on a Windows 7 64-Bit computer and I try to install it, but I come up with the following error? And I am unable to continue through the installer! Unhandled Exception Error Number: 0x80040703D Failed to find DLL function: GWMVINST.IsDotNet4FullInstalledSetup will now terminate. What is this error?
