Thanks. I've made some fixes to those commits (see my comments in
github), and some extra commits, and I have pushed it to master:
https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtksourceviewmm

You shouldn't need to write the documentation inline in the .hg file
unless you are significantly rewriting it. gmmproc generates
documentation based on the C documentation. But I didn't bother to
remove the inline documentation to check that that is working properly.
