So why the mixture in Gtk::Scrollbar, Gtk::SearchBar, Gtk::Statusbar, Gtk::StackSidebar, Gtk::Toolbar?

Gtk::ButtonBox, Gtk::ComboBoxText, Gtk::CheckButton,
Gtk::FontChooserDialog, etc., etc. -- camel case seems to be the
notation of choice in gtkmm.
