I have found it easy enough after the first try, to compile with msys and i use
it with codeblocks
Here is gtkmm+gtk 3.6,
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tview/files/gtkmm_bin_3_6.7z/download
gtk is taken from the gtk website http://www.gtk.org/download/win32.php
gtkmm\lib\pkgconfig and gtk\lib\pkgconfig needs to be added to PKG_CONFIG_PATH
add gtk\bin and gtkmm\bin needs to be added to PATH
