Good news, I was able to perfection the build process and now I have all
the DLLs.
The archive http://giuspen.com/software/gtkmm-3.6.0-win32.7z includes the
folders
"bin", "include" and "lib" that have to be merged with those of official
3.6.4 gtk bundle
(http://win32builder.gnome.org/gtk+-bundle_3.6.4-20130921_win32.zip).
I didn't include the scripts and patches yet but If this works I will add
all the documentation
to the archive.
