Do you mean the link from http://www.gtkmm.org/en/download.html to
http://live.gnome.org/gtkmm/MSWindows?
There are more broken links in www.gtkmm.org. http://live.gnome.org now
redirects to https://wiki.gnome.org. I think all links to
http://live.gnome.org/gtkmm/* shall be changed to
https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/gtkmm/*.
