You can build Gtkmm3 on windwos by your own: http://live.gnome.org/gtkmm/MSWindows/BuildingGtkmm Or you can work with Gtkmm2.4 and download precompiled binaries from here: http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32/gtkmm/
