Perhaps its a bug in 3.0. I don't develop Gtkmm, so I can't say... You can probably safely ignore the message for now, it's not going to crash your program.
Perhaps you can log a bug? ( https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=gtkmm ) I done a very quick search and didn't find that bug reported yet.
