It should also create documentation shortcuts in it's start menu folder.

Yes, I have access to:
file:///D:/XWin/share/doc/gtkmm-2.4/docs/reference/html/index.html
and from there I can go to the 'Main Page', 'Widgets' and 'Namespace'
but not to the book, which, as a beginner, I depend so much on.
Ah, so it's only the book what's missing. I updated the installer to
gtkmm 2.14.3, also shipping the book.
