Ok, this is a follow up to question to the signal_size_allocate() answer;
I used that call to try and determine if there was enough spce to properly
display a toolitem with the overflow menu enabled.

The calculation is 6 pixels off. I figure it's a theme issue, which isn't
easily fixed.

So is there a way to detect if a Gtk::Toolbar is currently displaying an
overflow menu?
