Not a perfect example, but I want to propose to the general ChiPy user
group mailing list the idea of child care offered at our monthly meetings.
However, I am not yet prepared to answer all the questions that will occur
once I do propose this.  There may be a cost aspect, there may not. So the
group-organizer list is valuable for education purposes before I bring up
the idea. Making it public, may expose the idea to a wider audience too
soon. Make sense?
