Hi folks, GNU troff is pretty good about making its read-only register extensions correspond to the names of the requests that affect them, and added several corresponding to AT&T troff request names.
`.zoom` is a conspicuous exception, and the only one I know of at this writing (not counting those found in CSTR #54--those aren't extensions). We could rename it for consistency, `aln`-alias it with the old name in the stock troffrc, and kill it off later (applicable release + 2 years?). Thoughts? Objections? Please follow-up to this thread or to the Savannah ticket. https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?68288 Regards, Branden
