Hi,
I've been giving groff_me and refer a try (I'm considering using it got
schoolwork) but I'm not sure if it's possible to emulate the Chicago
Notes-Bibliography style in refer... the only solution I've thought of
is a manual footnote with a bibliography in it. Is there any way to
possibly do this more elegantly?
Thanks in Advance,
Sincerely,

Hello Russel,
It seems that someone already tackled this work:
https://github.com/user18130814200115-2/chicago-refer
However it is noted that it was tested only with the mom macro package.
You could try it and tell us if it is indeed working as expected.
If it does I would be happy to add it to the groff examples I curate at
https://froude.eu/groff
Best,
Thomas
