I done did it, or something. I’ve attached a PDF of our favourite table. As you can see, there are still some issues left not explained by not having the correct Times: The ■ is at the right of the line, even though it’s on the left in the input. The $ is on the fifth line, even though it’s on the fourth in the input. And the extra pages at the end.
PS: heirloom troff -Tpost has a ∨ for \(or instead of the proper |.
