Hi,

The --date argument to rst2man(1) produces the following text:

    Generated on: YYYY-MM-DD

And that text is put in the NAME section of the manual page.  That
is incorrect.  The date should be put as the 3rd argument to the
.TH macro, preferably in ISO 8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD):

    .TH title section date source-and-version manual
