Michał, It is rare but not unheard of for new macros to be added to the historical macro packages these days. I would suggest that, once you have a macro working to your satisfaction, post it here. That will at least make it immediately usable to anyone on the list, or anyone who searches the list archives for similar functionality. You might also get feedback for suggested improvements. At that point there can be discussion about making it official. That discussion is more productive with concrete code rather than an idea.
