source code of groff-and-mom.pdf

Hello,
does anyone have the source code of the pdf manual groff-and-mom.pdf available 
for study purpose? To many non experts it is easier to anderstand via examples 
instead of theory.
It wouldn't have to be the complete code of course, but may-be somthing like 
the first and last 10 pages or so.
