A very good point.  Groff is making available all the hyphenation data
that's available; this is a gap in the data rather than a gap in what
groff is offering.

In any case, the practical upshot is that words like "flavour" and
"realise" are merely missing hyphenation points, which causes no real
problems and is correctable on a per-word (via \%) or per-document
(via .hw) basis.
