There's https://manned.org/ It's useful because it has man pages from many different systems, and saves having to install a large package just to help someone else. It's author, Yoran Heling, responds to emails and implements changes promptly. It uses groff(1), but not man(1) IIRC. > docbook-to-man seems to poison everyone who touches it.
