What version of groff are you using? It works fine here with `groff
--version' saying 1.20.1 and 1.22.3 on two machines. Have you any
localised changes, perhaps to end-of-page handling?
Unfortunately why ships with CentOS.
Looks like I need to download the newest release.
No special page handling.
