Doug is right that more could no doubt be said (and done), but given the current shortage of active developers, keeping the TODO list concise may make even more sense than in general. That said, perhaps you might add one tiny sentence somewhere that contributions are welcome even in areas not mentioned here (or does that go without saying in a free software project?), as long as they don't thwart the general strategy defined here, but can at least peacefully coexist with it.
