Hi Werner, Thank you for your reply.
My tech tried your suggestion with the same results. He feels it may be related to fonts... neither he nor I are PS/Ghostscript/groff/Linux guys, we are more Windows knowledgeable. When the Perl script was installed 4+ years ago, I don't remember any special requirements for fonts - but this new install is on a reprovisioned Server (Windows 2008 R2) and it may not be setup correctly. I found GS fonts (.AFM, .PFB, as well as Type 1) but not sure how they install, or where... Any thoughts of resolving this? > grops:<standard input>:4:fatal error: fdopen: Invalid argument Thanks! -charlie -----Original Message----- From: werner.lemb...@gmx.de [mailto:werner.lemb...@gmx.de] On Behalf Of Werner LEMBERG Sent: Sunday, October 06, 2013 4:22 PM To: char...@vandien.com Cc: groff@gnu.org; t...@tonykrier.com Subject: Re: [Groff] need help resolving groff error > grops:<standard input>:4:fatal error: fdopen: Invalid argument You might follow this thread: http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/groff/2013-10/msg00003.html I think this covers your problem also.
