Unless you are trying to *build* the groff port using the MAKE_JOBS variable for parallel building (as opposed to just using groff, or even building the port the default way), i'm not aware that anything is broken. Besides, don't build it yourself, use packages: http://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq15.html#Easy What exactly are you trying to do, what do you expect to happen, and what happens instead?
