I don't know what to say about a postscript error. Perhaps your version
of "groff" is too old (mine is 1.18.1), or perhaps your version of
ghostscript (used by ps2pdf) is too old (mine is ESP Ghostscript 8.15.3
(2006-08-25)).
When I run the suggested file (as I mailed it to you), it gives me the
attached PDF file.
