How about creating a SourceForge project to host this?
It could also serve as a base for other implementation-
independent troff documentation and similar resources. If
others participate, it could actually develop into some
sort of man page standard over time.
I am willing to contribute text, but as the maintainer of
an implementation, I am not in a good position to have an
administrative role.
Is someone willing to act as an editor?
