The problem is:
\usepackage[print,1to1]{booklet}
The booklet package no longer works with TexLive 2016. I had a number of
booklets of my own that I have done and was rather dismayed to find the LaTex
no longer working. I had to convert things over to pdfpages to get the booklet
layouts back.
