Thanks for your hints, but adding simply the clef there doesn't work.
I found the following trick:

I add in the header:
def-m1:\greclef{invisible};
def-m2:\greclef{visible};
%%

then in my score, in the set of parentheses where the 'z' is, I write:
(h+[em1]z-f3[em2])

And everything's ok... A little bit tricky, but it works!

Just to know: I need this trick to transcribe medieval manuscripts that
often change clef each line.
