One item I have been having trouble with of late is building the pdf's in the
docs folder. This formerly worked OK, but in the last couple of weeks has not.

Xcolor itself says:
\ProvidesPackage{xcolor}

A bit puzzled about this. Thoughts?
Oh yes, running OSX 10.11.5, TexLive 2016 and latest master branch.
