When installing Gregorio 4.2 over TeXLive 2016 the existing GregorioTeX files
in the TeXLive directory are not touched. This is deliberate so that should
you decide to uninstall 4.2 your TeXLive 2016 installation will be restored to
its default state (at least as far as our files are concerned). Instead the new
files are installed in TEXMFLOCAL (which is actually where our installer has
always installed these files), which should have priority over the texmf
directory which is specific to TeXLive 2016. If you run system-setup after
this sort of installation, you should see two results for each file with the
2016 specific one always appearing second.
