Hello,
I am trying to come up with a resolution for an interesting problem. I
support a department that uses a "generic" key. We generated a public key for
encryption by a 3rd party which then gets put on the server. We download the
file to a user's system and decrypt it using the keypair and a password.

Here is where the problem comes up. One user can decrypt anything from the 3rd
party as long as its older than 2 weeks. Anything newer can't be decrypted.
The only error I get is "Decryption Failed" The decryption works on other
systems but not this one.

Anyone have any ideas?
