Looks fine to me. Maybe you just didn't wait long enough? 
Mail-Archive gets many thousands of emails a day and the more traffic,
the more delay between receiving a message and archiving. Historically
this has taken up to several days, although for the last few months
I think we are mostly within a few hours or less.
