They are one month old Maxtor 160GB drives, under full warrenty. One died with loud clicking sounds, the other I have no idea -- the RAID reported a drive failure, but I haven't had a chance to physically inspect the drive. The vender suspect damage during shipping. >How do they charge you? The actual logistics of billing are informal -- I basically make sure bandwidth costs are covered, rather than going through a more formal process.
