When people hit "reply" that puts headers on a message that look like this: In-reply-to: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) That information is used for threading and in fact dominates the threading algorithm. Probably your users are hitting "reply" but changing the topic of conversation. If so, too bad; I'm not going to change the settings on mail-archive.
