As far as I remember, one of RBL and ORBS only blacklists hosts that have
become spam relays and then failed to heed several warnings, and the other
blacklists anyone with open ports that could become spam relays in future.
Or something. Unfortunately I can't remember which is which! But most people
here seem to think that the first approach is sufficient, and that the
second blocks an unacceptably large number of innocent messages.

Of course, as an archive rather than delivering the email straight to
people, you may be willing to live with more false positives. But personally
I would be tempted to turn on the more gentle one first. Whichever it is. :)
