They're somewhat unique to my list. I added them to make darn sure that people could easily figure out what they wanted to do. There are some less well-known list management programs that use "List-????:" for customized headers (they are enabled by default, the list admin does not have to add them), but I thought that "X-????:" was the standard way of adding custom header fields. Yes, we use a customized version of MAJORDOMO, which has references to OWNER changed to WORKER. That's unique to the TAO.CA system. I don't think that anyone else uses that.
