Attachment: GORA-61.patch
Patch attachment upgrades dependencies to tie in with the updates suggested in
GORA-43. This is build succesfully for me locally, however obviously tests are
still an issue.
I have a feeling that this upgrades our support for Cassandra 1.X in both
Ant/Ivy and Maven.
