I'm trying to set a variable within the getTileUrl: function
I can put references to an array but if I put it in a loop the variable
always refers to the global, I can't seem to set a var within the function
it always refreers back to the global!!

click the load maps link at the bottom, I do it with two references to the
two sets to tiles, but when I try to put them into a for loop function all
my vars are not local.
check the
setLayersAlpha function within is the geTileURL
