All, When we first introduce Agile principles into a team that is traditionally following non Agile processes, team raises a lot of questions mostly in the area of “How can I develop a system without knowing big picture of the product”. Most of us gave good examples that is varying from building tower – building cars. This was a question asked by one team that I handled. When I checked it out, I found another answer which will not involve something imaginary but their life itself.
