Defines it differently. It specifically says: " Non-profits and applications deemed in the public interest " Not sure a game could be classed as 'in the public interest' :( But looking at your map, see nothing that particully requires Google Maps API. By your own admission, its entirely custom tiles. Even your 'infowindows' are custom, . Just use OpenLayers, or maybe Leaflet.js instead.
