Well, I wasn't clear. He uses Google Maps API for services that you have to pay (access after login). Application are used for live tracking of vehicles. All without Buissness Licence. This means he is breaking at least two points of ToS. I have to pay for buisness licence to be fair, so I have limited possibilities to lower prices.
