Hi,
I found that the camera pitch can't be greater than +45 degrees or less
than -45 degrees in Street View panorama with Google Maps API v3.
With API v2, the camera pitch was not limited and users can look straight
up.
For example, it is expected that the elevation angle is set to 60 degrees
in the code below but actually it is set to 45 degrees.

Is it by design of API v3 or just a bug?
I am developing a web app which simulates satellite passes in Street View
and this problem is fatal for me.

and IE)
