Thanks for the replies so far, the link to the map is www.primarycarecommunity.net/member-map And davie, I used phpmyadmin to create the new database after accidentally deleting the previous, but as far as I can see I have created it in exactly the same way, would it be worth deleting and creating again?
I won't do this just yet, I would appreciate if someone could use their debugging tools for me as my knowledge on this is very limited.
