Hi there, I've been building a set of websites for my company, and up until today, possible yesterday, this static map URL has been working fine:
http://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=Bristol+Audi,Lysander+Road,Cribbs+Causeway,Bristol,BS10+7FF&zoom=13&size=642x300&maptype=roadmap&sensor=false However, for some reason, it now does not work. Typing the address into Google Maps works fine, but that just returns all sea (I presume). If you omit the "Bristol+Audi" part of the address it works fine: http://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=Lysander+Road,Cribbs+Causeway,Bristol,BS10+7FF&zoom=13&size=642x300&maptype=roadmap&sensor=false But then I can't display a marker on it properly. Does anyone know why this is? I didn't particularly want to use a Geocode as I would have to recode the part of the site which generates the URLs for the static maps.
