What Google has done to Android phone users with Gemini should be illegal
Let's be clear about what Google has been doing. They've been
switching Android users' phones from the legacy Assistant to Gemini,
even though Gemini cannot properly execute many of the directives that
legacy Assistant can perform. This means that Google is KNOWINGLY
breaking users' home and other action routines. In fact, the fine
print actually notes that Gemini can't do everything legacy Assistant
can do, and Google still switched users' phones over anyway. I had to
go digging all over to find the setting to turn off goddamned Gemini
for Assistant functions -- it had been switched to Gemini even though
the Gemini app per se was not installed! This should be ILLEGAL.
