This seems to be a service issue. When you look at the documentation on the web:
http://code.google.com/apis/picasaweb/reference.html#Parameters It actually looks like they do not support that... I would file that as a feature request in the public gdata issue list: http://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/list And sorry for me not catching that :) (Problem when you subclass from a "minimum set" query object). OTOH, as soon as the service supports it, it will work without a library update :) (i know that does not help now).
