Hello!

Someone at Lumenera discovered that there's a Google project named 'vixia'
(https://code.google.com/p/vixia/) created back in 2010 using proprietary code
from Lumenera from our Hornet camera project.

You can see for example here

https://code.google.com/p/vixia/source/browse/trunk/Windows/HornetdrvEx/bulkdev.c

that they left the Lumenera copyright in the header.

Looking through other files, they are very similar to old versions in
Lumenera's internal svn repo around that time, and still today.

The question is: What do we have to do now to get this project taken down?

I can be reached at this email address, or contacted at (613) 736-4077, x173

Thanks!

Michael
