Your repo has a lot of compiled binaries checked in to it. Checking in 
binaries into source control wastes resources while not providing any real 
value (as the files can just be regenerated from the source).

Just remove those files from your repo (both from the current version and 
the repo history), and you should be back to being well under quota.
