You need to upload your code into a version control system:  either
Subversion or Mercurial.  Looks like your project (meta1) is
configured to use Subversion.  The 'Source' tab of your project
explains how to check out a copy of your empty repository to local
disk:

http://code.google.com/p/meta1/source/checkout

If none of this makes sense, then you need to google for a good
Subversion tutorial.  You can start by looking at
http://svnbook.red-bean.com
